Dreamweaver Extensions
These are some extensions developed for Dreamweaver to assist in various site and page tasks. They are free to use as long as credit is given. Each command is contained in a .mxp file for easy download and installation.
I've also written a short tutorial on understanding .mxi files used to package an extension since I've seen a number of questions on how.
DW Backup: A simple extension that creates automatic backups of files you are working with. I created it because all of the older extensions available did not work under DW MX, and had very few options. Automatic backups can be a huge time and headache saver.
Fix Empty Tags : Scans the page for any empty tags (br, hr, etc) that do not have the closing '/'. Useful for XHTML compliance if you are not using Dreamweaver MX.
Check Images : Makes sure you've provided alt, width and height attributes for all your images.
Check Titles : This is actually two parts. One command generates an XML list of all the page titles currently in the site. The second warns you if you have a title that matches one in the list, or contains 'Untitled' in the title.
