Another cheap host dead under my feet, now moved over to a new one (again).

Currently redesigning offline to get rid of the tabled layout and go all CSS. It's just simpler, less bandwidth, and easier to maintain. More content after I finish this up.

Java 1.4.2! Lots of good stuff coming out from Sun lately.

Next upcoming review comparing the books Java 2 Game Programming and Java 1.4 Game Programming is in the works now that I have both books. The second was delayed a few months, but we'll see how they stack up against each other.

Wrote a short tutorial on understanding the .MXI format used to package Dreamweaver extensions since I've seen plenty of questions (and gotten some) on how.

I updated the little webapp for finding the lowest book prices to also include a book description.

A brand-new Dreamweaver Extension is available. The DW Backup extension creates automatic backups of files you are working with, with plenty of options. The only available backup extension on DW Exchange didn't work with MX, and was pretty limited.

Here's a beta of the little PHP/XML/XSL web application for finding the lowest book prices. I'll pretty it up later - my house is what has been getting all the cosmetic work lately.

I spent part of the holidays learning a bit about PHP&XSL, making a little app that will go out and find the lowest price on books for you. There are other ones out there, but I don't like them all that much.
